    All Play workouts?

    Primal Fuel
    Hi Folks-

    My workouts almost exclusively involve play and depend on weather. I pretty much surf, Stand Up Paddle (SUP), mtn. bike, or sail nearly every day. I may go for a barefoot beach run once a week to get my feet stronger. I also like to play ultimate with my students a couple of times a week. Anyone think I should add something else to this? I hate going to the gym except to swim a bit in the winter months- it always feels like I am a hamster on a wheel.

    A: Happy doing this
    B: Roughly the body composition you want to be
    C: Sufficiently mobile and pain free.
    D: Strong enough for everything you want to do.
    E: Do you have enough endurance and stamina for everything you want to do.

    If YES, continue with it. If NO, work out the problem and the solution.

    This might be a blast from the past, but I LOVE inline-skating. Uses up a TON of energy, and my heart rate goes up just be LOOKING at the skates. Nothing like skating on a beach-boulevard on a sunny day!
