3 sets rotational at 80% 4-6 reps followed by 30-40% till failure usually 25 reps of the following
Deadlift
Bench
Pull-downs
Rows
Clean Jerk
Dips
Followed by 5 min tabata at 20 sec full / 10 sec very light
It takes me about 45-55 min and I am defeated after this workout (3x per week) but I have broken through some plateaus strength wise.
