Yo! It's time for me to confess my nutritional sins and recommit! My challenge begins tomorrow, Monday March 15th. My goals for the next 30 days will be:
1.) Successful 24 hour fasts once per week
2.) No peanut butter, nuts, coffee (decaf or not) and coconut flour
3.) No overeating!
4.) Exercise 4 times a week, whether short or long, intense or not, weights or cardio.
I'll try to keep my primal journal updated everyday to show my progress. Wish me luck!
