I've just recently started eating primal, and it's coming along very well. I didn't have 'starch flu' as some people call it in the first week, but I did have trouble finding some primal snacks. So I made some nut crackers, bought some almond butter and almost ate the lot in one sitting. The snacks are so good I keep wanting to eat them all the time! Have to work on that.
I confess it's hard turning down the chocolate biscuits, ice cream, and strawberry yoghurt, and I have had slip-ups with the condensed milk, but other then that it's coming along well.
Anyone else from New Zealand?
