Took my standby chocolate chili recipe and upped the garlic, cumin and chili powder, subb'd steak tips for ground beef and it tasted amazingly like Rogan Josh meets chocolate chili! YUM!
I wonder if increasing those spices would work with any chili recipe with a good bit of spice, chili powder and cumin already in the base...? Love your thoughts.
