    Dinner Party menu

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
So, I'm having my sisters over for dinner this weekend which should be really fun, but I have no idea what to serve! One of my sisters is a long-time vegetarian..... What the heck do I cook? I can't seem to think of anything other than a pasta dish. Please help! I'm still pretty new to the primal diet and fully admit to falling off the wagon at least once a week- basically whenever I go out to eat- but I feel like this meal is in my control since I'll be at home.

You can make pasta out of zucchinis , with tomato sauce and mushrooms for her (and some ground beef for you)
Stuffed paprika with sautéed vegies and/or mushrooms and/or rice (and some ground beef for you)
    Mixed greens
Barbecued slices of zucchini & eggplant with lemon, garlic, herbs & olive oil
(cold) Boiled potatoes with onion, mushrooms, herbs (& feta cheese)

Something based on cheese & eggs if she has those

I do occasional dairy- I try to keep it at a minimum, but would be willing in this case, since I'm so limited otherwise.

Shish kebabs, and hers can be only vegetables. Serve over cauli-rice. And a beautiful egg custard with berries and whipped cream for dessert. Or a cheese plate and pears or grapes.

Veggie platter, followed up with an all veggie chili or gazpacho. If she does dairy at all, I highly recommend dates stuffed with mascarpone and pecans for dessert, or berries with coconut cream/milk

Try one of these, except substitute meat(or in the one case, bacon) with some veg. I make the cooked greens all the time(with bacon of course) and it is simple and tasty. Use some good red wine instead of the red vine vinegar(just my opinion). Anaheim and pasilla peppers are a good add, as well as zucchini:-)
