Hey there! I just read the comprehensive guide to fish oils but I don't really understand how it all applies to me. I eat a lot of fresh fish in the restaurant I work in but have no idea what my O3/O6 ratio would be. I have a bottle of 1,200mg fish oil tablets, should I take them? Any further advice/information would be greatly appreciated!
If the meat you're eating is grain-fed, and the fish you're eating might be farm-raised rather than wild-caught, your O3/O6 ratios might still be kinda low.
Wouldn't hurt to take a couple of fish oils per day...I do for insurance purposes ;-)
