Can someone explain to me the benefits I will receive from yogurt w/ live active cultures. I had a field day at Trader Joe's yesterday (love that place) and picked up some organic milk yogurt w/ the cultures bc I know everyone raves about it bc of imbalances in healthy gut bacteria. But I would like to know any specifics, bc this is something that I haven't kept up on well, want to make sure it's worth it! Tastes great w some mixed berries, btw. Thanks!
