Thanks so much for the responses! Well, I've read over each response and a little closer to knowing what's best for me.
As I do feel good, lots of energy, positive outlook etc...
-Primal is the way to go for me
-interesting about not keeping my blood suger stable or elevated all the time - makes sense
-less workouts...hmm, I actually want to look similar to the person in the pic below (Flavia del Monte). The model states that her BF is at 13% and that she works out 5 times a week
My exercise doesn't actually feel like alot - except at the moment I'm doing it
(lasts for about 30 minutes). If I want to look like a healthy fitness model (I think the image below is one - but don't know for sure) don't I have to eat and workout the same as they do?
-it's true 120 is just a number and probably has little to do with my ultimate goal.
-I hear you all about eating more - it's just that already I physically feel I eat A LOT. I'm really full after my meals - remember I'm making the primal meals from the cookbook so you all can imagine just how filling they are!!
-I think I'll post a picture of myself (this would be my first ever) - this way I can get some feedback from others who can just answer truthfully
-last point, maybe all of this is impossible to achieve with someone about to turn 50! (I just don't feel like almost 50. I think I must be stuck at around 35 max!)
Thx for reading this thread!!

I think that body fat percentage is a much better metric for health than weight, and what looks best them is highly subjective.
I personally think that the ideal for women is about 18-20% bf.
