I used to be fine when eating eggs. I am now finding that every time I eat them I experience SEVERE abdominal pain. After doing some internet research I am thinking I have developed an egg allergy. Any ideas on what I can eat for breakfast...other than eggs?
Exactly what you would eat for lunch or dinner. More meat, veg and fat!
