Lifting heavy things - Is it BBS for me?
I saw a few videos about "Body by science" and the Concept is something that sounds plausible.
I do loose weight and get thinner, but i saw today that my arms are getting thin too. I don't really like or want that. Ok I don't need that arms of that famous Austrian, but some definition would be nice.
So i cancel the cancelation of my Gym Abo and want to start lifting again.
Is BBS for an Absolute beginner?
