    Had a nice morning walk.

    B - 2 scrambled eggs with sausage
    L - not hungry
    S - not hungry
    D - chicken, watermelon

    B - 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon
    L - spinach and carrots
    S - watermelon
    D - spaghetti (using spaghetti squash)

    Spent a long time dancing to the vbs songs again. Had a nice long walk with Anne.

    Welcome! Glad you are getting healthier - our kids need us healthy and able to play and enjoy life with them Be sure to eat plenty of nourishing foods. You will lose weight if you are eating enough protein and fat and veggies! Don't make the mistake of cutting back too much on your calories, especially as you are nursing your little one. Try to include protein with each meal / snack you have. I look forward to seeing how you progress...

    I'm happy to say that I'm not craving that fast food now, or the processed junk... it's wonderful! Last night was not a good night, baby was up every hour and fussy. So finally at 8:30 this morning I got three hours in a row. The day was fairly productive getting stuff done around the apartment. Anne was pretty fussy through out the day though.

    B - wasn't hungry
    L - 2 scrambled eggs, 4 pieces of bacon
    S - a few macadamia nuts
    D - carrot crust pizza
