Hi all, my name is Stephanie. I've been married for 3 years. We have a two month old little girl. And now that I've discovered what all the PB has to offer, I know it's for me (and everyone really!) My eyes have been opened if you will. On both sides of my family they suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, and other heart problems. This is something I don't want to worry about. I could stand to lose around 60lbs, just to be at healthier weight. And because I'm also breastfeeding my two month old, I know going primal will benefit my daughter as well. I started about 6 weeks ago and have lost 30ish lbs (this includes BFing as well though which burns calories).
So this is me introducing myself
But I would love advise from other moms, especially moms with younger children.
