I have a farking ingrown toenail.
Left foot... big toe... inside corner.
It's too deep for me to get at myself.
I have very deeply curved toenails and there is no scissor that will go down far enough to clip it.
    Trust me, I have TRIED...

    Gaaaaaaaddddddammit!
The thing isn't even done growing out from the last time I had to have it surgically removed! (Summer '11)
And I was doing everything I was supposed to do to try and prevent this shit.
So, tomorrow I have to call my GP and have an appointment scheduled to have her excise half my nail AGAIN this week.
    Happens like once a year.
This pretty much sums up how I feel about it...

Permanent removal is getting more appealing every day...
Then I can just glue fakes on if I want pretty.

So, that's it... I just made my appointment to have my toenail PERMANENTLY removed.
How do they do that you say?
Well, I would post a video.
But to be honest I found it more disturbing than the brain surgery and I don't want to see it again.
    SO GROSS!
They numbs it, cut around the nail, pull it off with pliers, scrape the nail bed/bone clean with tools, then wash the whole thing in phenolic acid.
The acid wash looks pleasant compared to the scraping with tools.

I hear that this is an unpleasant procedure.
But I'm tired of having my freaking nails cut off every year or so for no damn reason anyway.
And once it heals... I can glue a fake nail on and have a pretty painted nail there with no stupid issues.

The only HITCH in this plan is that I have to wait until Thursday to see a Podiatrist to get it done.
If I called my GP, she could probably have me in her office and pop off half the nail this afternoon or tomorrow.
(It's right now about 3/4 re-grown from last time she did it.)
My nail is already ingrown... it HURTS.
Plus I have a date with a friend to see the Nutcracker Friday night...
Plus I fly to TN on Saturday...
WTF am I supposed to wear on my FOOT the day after getting toe surgery?
Basically all I own is VFF's. Those are not going to work.

Being in FL and it being about 70 all the time means I can get away with flip-flops... or nothing... most of the time.
    But not to fancy dress-up...
And not to TN, near KY, at my brothers house. SO cold there.
    This is a conundrum.
I may have to resort to a pair of those knock off Ugg-things if there is any actual foot/TOE room in them... maybe a size too big?
I'm already crying on the inside.
    SO UGLY.

I mean there's so many ants in my eyes! And there are so many TVs, microwaves, radios... I think, I can't, I'm not 100% sure what we have here in stock.. I don't know because I can't see anything! Our prices, I hope, aren't too low!

So much for not binging anymore.
I haven't had the slightest urge for SO long and then boom...
    I fail.

I spent the day sucking whipped cream out of a can.
It was unsweetened whip! So hey... that's something.
And I figure I'm probably in ketosis...

I did eat some actual food.
Maybe 2 oz of beef a handful of mushrooms, a small bit of asparagus.
    Didn't want it.
Sucked foamed cream out of a can.

    Goddam stress.
I fly to TN on Saturday.

I'm looking forward to this more...

Dunno, for me they always hit when I feel most confident that I've finally slayed that particular dragon...

That's the thing, I hadn't set out to slay any dragons... and I had only accidentily realized that I hadn't binged or considered binging in months.

But the 'other' needs were bubbling up more intensely...
Husband's humoring me some, but also just swapped to night shift... basically I'm home alone.
He sleeps all day so I get out of bed and have to be quiet.
Then he gets up and leaves, and I'm here by myself.

I guess it was just a matter of time that a binge followed.

    Also.
My face is totally broken out.
Has been creeping up... more and more.
Not just a pimple or two. Those tiny, tiny, bumps every where... like and allergic reaction.
    Stress.
    I never have bumps.
I'm one of those people who gets compliments on having great skin constantly.
My chest and neck is broken out too...
    Ridiculous.

I really don't want to go visit family again.
    It's too much right now.
