Newbie here. Are there any posts or opinions here concerning "rebounding" on a mini-trampoline. I find that it jump starts my morning before walking to work and makes my walk a lot easier. Any similar experiences? Thanks.

I had tested out a rebounder years ago for a friend who had bought a ton of them hoping to sell them.
There was more to it than I expected. But I found it a little limiting in what you can do with it.
I just saw the modern implementation of it yesterday though at a health fair at work. They had these Kangaroo-boots or something. Looked like inline skates with a big oval spring where the wheels should be.
Same general idea of creating a positive G effect on your muscles.
