That looks tasty! Taco salads are awesome and one of my favorite go to meals. So easy and full of flavor. Don't even miss the tortillas!

That looks delicious, and spicy is right up my alley. I haven't eaten red meat in over 20 years and after s-l-o-w-l-y reconsidering red meat and finally, finding paleo, I am convinced I need t just jump back in. I am considering this for my inaugural meal! What could I substitute for the Fiesta Lime seasoning though? I have ripe limes and every spice known to man. Thank you!

Looks delish! When I do my taco salad, I make a dressing by mixing jarred salsa (jarred being more liquidy than chucky) with greek yougurt. Add some cumin and you're good to go!
