    Body weight work outs

    Primal Fuel
    Hey everyone. I was wondering if you good folk could point me at some resources for body-weight work outs. I'm looking to move away from using my weights do to my travel habits. I currently incorporate sit ups, push ups, pull ups, etc into my work out, but I was wondering if there is a good book or web resource that lays out body-weight exercises and the target muscle groups they hit.

    Theres a book called 'you are the gym' or something similar
    Google it
    Its body weight squats,burpees,press ups, chair dips etc

    As all above have already indicated! Great workouts... makes me wonder if the original Jack LaLane stuff is on youtube! I can't get to it from here otherwise I would have checked. I loved Jack as a kid, wish I would have learned back then!

    Second the Your Are Your Own Gym by Mark Lauren. I am sore once again after starting another cycle. And as I have said before on this forum this is coming from someone who has lifted heavy for over 25 years and current mountainbiking like a mutha!
