I've been paleo/primal for a few months now and loving it. I'm so into nutrition, which I have been getting into for a while, that I'm actually try to continue my education on Nutrition. Anyway, I've never been much of a cook, and I was never taught anything about food. I made myself learn how to eat veggies for the first time like a year ago. Yeah, before that I was a typical Krog lol.
So now I'm teaching myself about foods and cooking slowly, and I'd like to have a FOOD ENCYCLOPEDIA that gives me descriptions about food, their origins, nutritional info, and maybe some cooking and preparation techniques. There's a few on Amazon that caught my eye, but I was wondering if the primal community had some good suggestions.
Thanks in advance!
