    Hi Mark, hi guys...

    I know that there are plethora of recipes available at MarksDailyApple.com, such as the ones listed here:

    And of course there's the Primal Cookbook available at Amazon.

    However, those are just the recipes ONLY. I was wondering if Mark or anyone can point me out to varieties of daily meal plans, exactly like on pages 229-230 (suggested eating plan for Ken Korg) of Primal Blueprint? Afterall, it can get boring to follow that exact same plan for years, so I'd like to know possible alternatives.

    It's good that we have all these recipes available at MarksDailyApple.com, and also on Primal Cookbook....however it would be good to see daily eating plans that outline exactly what meals to eat for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, so that we get the correct nutritional combinations, instead of blindly combining all those recipes together, without actually knowing if the combinations are healthy .

    I think you're missing the point.

    Eat the good food outlined in Primal Blueprint.

    Primal is not complicated.
    Starting weight: 90kg (11/3/13) (33.1 BMI)
    Current weight: 89.5kg (12/3/13) (32.9 BMI)
    Goal weight: 75kg (27.5 BMI)
    Short term goal: BMI under 30
    Mid term goal:
    40 pushups, 100 situps, 10 pullups, 10.1 beep test, >10m 2.4km run
    Long term goal: Enlist as an ARA Combat Engineer

    G'day mate, thanks for the reply.

    How am I missing the point though? I don't believe you read my first post thoroughly? My question was pretty simple and straightforward. If you take a look at pages 229-230 of Primal Blueprint, you'll see a complete eating plan, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. After a while, it can get monotonous to eat the same things over and over. You wouldn't want to eat those same things for years, would you? (I wouldn't =P)

    Yes Mark does provide tons of recipes on his site, but how do we tie them all together into a daily meal plan to make sure the combination still follows Mark's nutritional guidelines?

    So all I want to know is if Mark or anyone can suggest more eating plans similar to the one I mentioned, but with DIFFERENT recipes, while still following the nutritional guidelines (in terms of how much protein, carbs, fat, etc we should have daily).

    Buy Everyday Paleo. It's a great book with lots of recipes and pictures so you can get an idea of what to eat.

    To answer your question, Everyday Paleo by Sarah Fragoso has a 30 day meal plan and shopping guide. It should help you get rolling.
    Just stick to the basics: eliminate grains, avoid processed sugar, eat a crap ton of meat, veggies, healthy fat, and a little bit of fruit. You're golden!

    It would not be unwise to invest in a couple of cookbooks, and begin creating your own meal plans. I recommend Make It Paleo, Everyday Paleo, Paleo Comfort Foods, and (if you have kids) Eat Like A Dinosaur.

    we have a big dry erase calendar in our kitchen that we write our activities and meals on for the week. It really helps us stay on track with grocery spending (you're not wasting money & buying random stuff if you're only buying the necessary ingredients for each meal)

    Nah, I read and reread your post perfectly. To me, it sounds like you're trying to make it complicated. The reason the Primal Blueprint is so easy to stick to, is because it's simple and uncomplicated. Eat good food. If you eat good food, you should pretty much fall into the recommended ranges anyway. Unless you're trying to lose a lot of weight?

    Just use Mark's shopping list found on this web page and substitute similar items for the menu planned for Ken Krog.

    It's not that thinky. Just eat what you feel like eating from the non-toxic whole foods you can get. I eat a pound of meat most days, but sometimes I'll go a whole day just eating green apples, wild greens - or nothing at all. Otherwise, most dinners are ad-lib eggs, veggies, sweet potatoes if I've worked hard, bird pieces, heart, liver, coconut milk during my fast to get the ketones rolling. Once your body is fixed and your hunger reflects your body's actual needs, you are free to follow it. You do not need a strict plan or structure. Well, you might if you have severe aspergers or are just addicted to schedules for some other reason.
