Discovered tiny crunchy anchovy snacks at the Asian market. 3 flavors: sesame, plain, wasabi. Ingredients are anchovies, palm oil, chili powder and sugar + sesame seeds or wasabi for the flavored varieties. A snack/treat, portable and 1 carb. Thinking they will be fantastic with green salad, coleslaw or seaweed salad! Excited to find something new to liven things up. Figure the sugar content is low with just one carb per serving ( about 1 cup)
I'll have to keep my eyes open for this. BTW I've discovered "simmering sauces." I can make a quick primal meal with leftover meat and frozen or fresh vegetables with variations of the lovely Indian spices.
