Dips and kettlebell swings
I'm going to start the primal blueprint fitness program but I want to add dips and kettlebell swings to the essential movements. What would be a good goal for dips and swings. I can do about 5 dips now and I have 25, 35 and 45 lb Kettlebells.

Dips are one of my favorite exercises! I like to pair them with bench to get a great upper body workout. As far as goals you can try doing reps or add weight.
For reps I liked to do a ladder that increases by 2's then back down. An example would be 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 going to as high a number as you can.
For weight you would need access to a dip belt with a chain. I found a good one on amazon for 25 bucks. For these you could do 5 sets of 5 and increase the weight by 5 lb each time you successfully complete a workout. I like to alternate between rep days and heavy days. Overall dips give you a great upperbody workout that many people leave out.
