    Buffalo Kefir!

    Primal Fuel
Im in the UK and discovered Buffalo milk in Waitrose and decided to make some kefir with it.
Oy boy!! Its wonderful!!! Sooooo creamy and smooth and yummy!!
If you can get hold of buffalo milk and in to kefir, give it a try - you will be amazed!

I tried goats milk a while ago and it was vile. It tasted 'hairy'. bleugh!

While Im about it, I made some Kambucha with apple juice (not from concentrate) and that is fabulous. Never really liked the taste of tea but understand it needs the tannin that tea has in order to stay alive so I'll rest my scobies in a tea solution after my apple one is all drunk.

Its great experimenting with that stuff. My son says Im like a witch with all my 'potions' brewing in the kitchen!!
I'm not a complete idiot! There's parts missing!!

Oooh! Trip to Waitrose ... we do have 'em up north

I'd just drink it! I love proper buffalo mozzarella, so the milk would be very appreciated. But, come on ... goats milk is good. No, really, it is! I'll try the buffalo milk as kefir. Good call!

LMAO I totally feel with you there, but it's my 3 year old son I *experiment* on cause he doesn't know any better. Heh heh heh

My hubby is the one who gives me the stink eye most days! I spend time in between work checking out new and healthy things for us to eat and experiment with! I think the last one that made him throw his hands up in surrender was when I bought *greens powder*...... FOR OUR DOG AND CAT!!!!! I got an eyeroll, shrug and sigh of complete and utter defeat from him on that one.

I've always wanted to try buffalo milk. I've read it has an amazingly high fat content and a very mild flavor.

    I'm jealous!!!
Using low lectin/nightshade free primal to control autoimmune arthritis. (And lost 50 lbs along the way )
