Also I could really use help from all you primal peeps! I've entered a bikini weight loss transformation competition on Facebook.
1st place wins $5000 or 2nd & 3rd place wins $1000. I lost 40kgs back in 2009 following Primal and have kept it off for almost 2 years.

I really need your votes, even Mark Sisson has voted for me I'm currently in 3rd place so if you have a facebook account here's the link to cast your VOTE, voting ends on the 22nd May.

Hey guys, today is the last day for voting and I'd love for any of you who haven't yet voted to please vote for me in the body transformation competition.
