Why would you not have any dinner? Unless you are seriously over indulging in your calories then you should not have to worry and if you feel like eating dinner you should. In regards to primal shakes I have no knowledge of what they are and whether they are good or not. Eggs dont have many calories in so unless your having about 20 you will be fine and meat and veg for lunch altogether has to only come to about 1000 calories?
