I was wondering if I could come up with a smoothie/shake I could drink... I used to throw soy yogurt, almond milk, berries, and a big handful of spinach together.
Good Morning everyone, just thought I would share this.
Every morning I do about 20-25 minutes of HIIT, then a 10-25 minute run/walk in my vibrams (I am an excellent runner but I am still getting used to running in the vibrams). I do this fasted or with some heavy whipping cream in coffee.
Anyway, here is my post-workout shake.
1/4 cup almond butter
2 raw eggs
1 or 2 scoops of whey protein
2 tbsps of heavy whipping cream.
Ice
Has anyone ever tried something like this?
If so, what do you think? Taste? Healthiness?

Finally started starting the diet - 5/8/12.
greek yogurt
berries
eggs if you want extra protein
avocado
cacao powder
thin with anything...i've been using juice from boiled nettles.
I have found a recipe that taste like chocolate milk and it's damn great.
I get 1 Young Tai Coconut.
Pour the water into a blender
Scoop the Coconut Meat out put in the blender
I scoop of Natural Whey Protein
Little bit of ice
and blend! Taste excellent!
I do whey protein, organic yogurt & almond milk, banana & org. vanilla
I get 1 Young Tai Coconut.
Protein shake is best for health and it good impact on health .
It is full source of energy and vitamins . It is best for body health and fitness .
