    My Protein Shake

    Primal Fuel
Good Morning everyone, just thought I would share this.

Every morning I do about 20-25 minutes of HIIT, then a 10-25 minute run/walk in my vibrams (I am an excellent runner but I am still getting used to running in the vibrams). I do this fasted or with some heavy whipping cream in coffee.

Anyway, here is my post-workout shake.

    1/4 cup almond butter
    2 raw eggs
1 or 2 scoops of whey protein
2 tbsps of heavy whipping cream.
    Ice

Has anyone ever tried something like this?

If so, what do you think? Taste? Healthiness?

    Thank you!

I was wondering if I could come up with a smoothie/shake I could drink... I used to throw soy yogurt, almond milk, berries, and a big handful of spinach together.
Finally started starting the diet - 5/8/12.

I have found a recipe that taste like chocolate milk and it's damn great.

I get 1 Young Tai Coconut.

Pour the water into a blender
Scoop the Coconut Meat out put in the blender
I scoop of Natural Whey Protein
    Little bit of ice

    and blend! Taste excellent!

If you remove the soy yogurt you have a terrifically great shake going!

Since you are a picky eater, I think you should invest in some egg white protein powder (no flavour) and some natural greens powder.

I've never heard of egg white protein powder. All the ones I've seen are whey or soy.

I like J.Robb's vanilla egg protein with frozen strawberries and almond butter. Or just strawberries. I also have the chocolate version, but I find the vanilla to be more versatile.
