Primal Fuel

I'm about 10 days into this and this is what I want:

    1) More leveled energy through my day. Not just spirts and crashes...

    2) The disappearance of my gut.

    3) The disappearance of my man-boobs.

    4) A way of live that is easy to follow and doesn't come crashing down because of one little mistake. (I think I can check yes to this one already to be honest...)

    5) The disappearance of my second chin... I only need one!!!

I want women falling all over me and starring roles in action flicks.

You lousy kids! Get off my savannah!

    1) I want to live to 100 and still be able to kick some ass

    2) Want to be a shining example of health so my parents and friends might be persuaded to be primal.

    3) End my dental problems that have plauged me for years.

    4) Find out what it really means for my body to be 'normal'.

    5) Overall, just be a happier and a more at peace person.

I started out with weight loss as my goal.

Since then I've revised my goals upward to sprinting a five minute mile, carrying my own body weight up thirty flights of stairs, reversing the aging process, growing a new set of teeth, and crushing coal into diamonds between my abdominal striations.

PB has taught me not to sell myself short.

I want to be at a healthy weight, but also to be healthy. Too many people sacrifice health in an attempt to look the part.

I want to nourish my body, with natural foods, products, & remedies. I don't want to be dependent on pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or other modern things.

I want to get to 50 without the many health problems my parents have. I want to be able to run & bend & lift & do almost everything I can do now well into old age.

    I want to be happy.

And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the wind longs to play with your hair
