Okay, I'm not quite starting my journal at the beginning but it's close. Basically, I had gone primal in 2009 and felt great but it didn't stick. After recently completing the Master Cleanse I decided to do it and stick to it this time, figuring out how to make this lifestyle just as easy and convenient as my old one. I made a bunch of stuff: grass-fed taco beef (seasoned by me), diced bell peppers, diced roasted poblano, diced tomato, some avocados, chicken salad from poache thigh in Greek yogurt, cauliflower "tabbouleh" and some awesome sweet potato tots.
I'll throw veggies in some eggs for breakfast or have chicken salad wi tabbouleh. My favorite thing is my breakfast-taco-BAS! A couple cups of greens, a handful of diced peppers, poblanos and tomatoes, about 1/2 cup taco beef, 1/2 avocado, a fried egg, all drizzled with orange evoo and coconut vinegar.

My sweet tots are great on a more active day. They've got a little goat cheese and chipotle seasoning in them and are great fried in bacon grease or coconut oil!
