ah, i see. i suppose i'm just not reading enough of the forum.
my pilates is finally back online. my posture is improving a lot -- even though it wasn't bad to begin with, this postural patterning work is really phenominal. I haven't ahd a lot of the physical pains that I'd had for *years* since I started doing this particular postural work. My yoga practice is very helpful, but since I tend to "know" the forms really well -- i go into the 'comfy spaces' which are misaligned really, so it's harder than ever and I'm re-learning everything. The pilates helps me really find the floating ribs and work the upper part of the posas, which is extremely tight, actually, and so it's been interesting working on releasing that.
autumn has been fairly quick after a long, dry summer, and I wonder what winter will bring.
