Things are chugging along. I had the local gas and electric company come out today to do an inspection of all the heaters. This is a service they offer for free. Unfortunately, there may be a couple of things I need to fix. One heater need a new thermocouple and one is not working at all. They are sending out a repair guy tomorrow.

The buyers were also here today to take measurements, doing the same thing I'm doing with my new apartment of seeing what will fit and where.

I am confident that these buyers are not going to flake on me. They are really committed to this and exited about their new home.

Hmmm. Somebody mind explaining to me how eating a spoonful of sugar is the same as eating a spoonful of butter?

    Wow, he is a dolt.
Most people don't realize how much energy it takes for me to pretend to be normal.

If I wanted to listen to an asshole, I'd fart.

If you mean my little taquito, yep, he's a dolt. I do get what he is saying about "Eat Real Foods!" but nobody is saying otherwise.
ANd he can't fault butter for being heavily "rendered" (hah!) while saying refined sugar is OK. He trips himself up on his own convoluted logical fallacies but then claims victory because he can argue the loudest and the longest after everyone else has rolled their eyes and lost interest.

He makes my eyeroll emoticon fell tired.

I'm still pondering how cheese is less processed than butter...

Yeahright. He tries to argue it both ways from the, "It's a processed food and therefore not paleo", side and also from the, "It's empty calories", standpoint. The problem is that he contradicts himself in the process.

    It's really kind of cute.

Cute like a puppy who won't stop peeing in the middle of the kitchen.

The nice thing about puppies is that they grow up faster than man-boys.

Choco is smart and he does do his research, I will give him that. He actually kind of reminds me of myself at that age, all passionate about The Next Big Thing every few months. That's probably why I can laugh at him instead of getting mad. Someday he may mature into a very nice person. Someday. Right now he is an annoying little pipsqueak.
