So far the fasting is going well (sorry, no food porn pic this week).
I got hungry about noon today but I decided to sublimate my desire for food by going shopping instead. My summer wardrobe needed updating in my new smaller size. I had fun buying cute short skirts (In size six! Still getting used to that.) I got one adorable black leather mini skirt.
Made my dad a bowl of stew that he can reheat when he wants in his kitchen (Dad and I have two separate houses, just next door to each other.) So, I won't have to smell the cooking.
So far I have just had some iced decaf and some Crio Bru. Haven't felt the need for any bulletproofing. I've been nibbling a little garlic salt to get my sodium and keep my taste buds happy. There are a few calories per cup of Crio Bru but I would say I'm still under 50 for the day.
One thing about fasting. It makes going to bed earlier sound like a really good idea.
I saw myself in the window walking toward it yesterday. Man my pants are way to baggy. I look awful. I should buy new clothes but I'm afraid that will just jinx everything and I'll just feel fat all the time because I'll have smaller pants as a frame of reference.
