Hey, Nick! I am new too. I've been off the grains for over a week now and that's been wonderful. I too include dairy though. It has never seemed to be a problem for me to include a little cheese along or a cup of homemade yogurt--full fat organic milk! But I don't typically eat dairy more than once a day. I love to interval train too, but since my recumbent bike died I've been just trying to incorporate much more walking. Meanwhile, welcome!!
