How fat is "fat" to you? I don't think you'd harm yourself if you got to be 20lbs overweight or something like that. You could take that off easily and stay normal forever. You have to get like really super fat, 50lbs, 100lbs or more, to cause any real troubles for yourself. And even then, I totally have faith that healthful eating through something like paleo or primal blueprint can restore someone that overweight to good health again.
