    I'm currently having the dumbest dilemma ever. I am sort of hungry but full as well. I am doubting if I shall eat a banana. I'm afraid if I don't, I'll go to bed hungry (it's almost bedtime) but I'm also afraid if I do, I end up feeling sick. Because this is a very thin line with me.. Hm..

    The concept or phrasing "you have enough to be getting on with" means that you have enough other good things to do and focus on to not let things bother you.

    My calories have decreased pretty drastically. For 1-2 weeks I was seriously eating 6000-7000 a day and was sometimes still hungry. Now I feel best with about 3500-4000. I guess this is natural

    Definitely, there will be an eb and flow. Just listen to your hunger.

    Yeah, only bad thing is that with 3500 calories I'm good now but I wake up at 6:30 or so because I'm hungry. Didn't happen when I was eating boatloads

    Definitely, I didn't count but I must've exceeded 6000 cals, and I'm not full yet But it's 10:30PM now and I'll just have a big breakfast tomorrow
