The past couple of days I can't stomach more than 3500-4000 calories. I'm guessing this is normal. Although I do find it a bit weird since I lift, sprint, an move slow like 4 hrs a day

Yeah I hope it's nothing to worry about. Today I had a breakfast of 1500 calories, then a lunch of 1500 calories and at around 3PM I got hungry again but didn't eat (i wasn't at home)
I got home at 5PM but wasn't hungry at all anymore. Actually I was super full, no idea why. Maybe I'm over-exercising. I ate a 200g steak and some veggies + greek yogurt anyway. I felt a little nauseous afterwards but I made sure I Just sat down amd relaxed after dinner and I feel pretty OK again. I add some honey to my yogurt now to get some non-filling calories

Ok, I'm going to (try to) find out my maintenance amount of calories. I weighed myself this morning, 64.7 kg, 142 lbs. I ate 4939 calories so far today, I didn't go past fullness very much, but I pushed a little more into my body then it asked for. I might eat some more today if I get hungry. Anyway, I'll track my weight + calories everyday to see what my average maintenance is. I think adding half a pound of muscle a week sounds realistic for a beginner. If I add some fat then whatever, my main goal is to eat enough right now.

Damn, the best thing I've had in a while: a plantain with cinnamon and whipped cream

K, I ate **** calories today. Not nauseous/nauseated. Maybe it's because I didn't eat any goat cheese today (on purpose). Will see how tomorrow goes. I even want to eat a little more, but I'm not going to because i don't want to risk getting sick.

    But anyways, for the record:
    Today's weight: 64.7 kg, 142 lbs.
    Today's calories: 6824

    Damn

I'll tell you something which you might not believe. I'm still hungry. Maybe because for the last couple of days I ate "only" 3000 calories while moving all day. My body's trying to catch up, but there's not enough time in the day to satisfy me, I gotta sleep you know

Yeah it's pretty awesome but I definitely want my metabolism to slow down at some point in my life. It's cool now because I don't have to worry about how much I eat when I'm with friends etc (unless I eat so much I get sick). But it's also annoying sometimes to be hungry all the time when I ran out of healthy foods and I'm basically forced to fast until better food is available.

    Yeah... First world problems

Wow, never looked so pumped after the gym. I need to work a little on my squat form though. My back always hurts a little afterwards, but it's gone within a minute. I'll have someone record it
