I def feel tired if I sleep too long (and end up with a headache too). Good job on the squats and bench anyway!

I'm gonna test how long i need to sleep by drinking minimal water after 8pm so I willnot have to wake up to pee and see when I naturally wake up.

If butter and coconut oil didn't exist I wouldve eaten so much bread and crap on times when I got super hungry and there are no healthy foods in the house.

Man, I binged. Well it was not really a binge. But I got super hungry suddenly. I think it's because my dad also wanted a share of my "heart disease promoting meal" tonight. So I had to share all the food with 3 people instead of 2 (me and my mom).

Anyway, I just finished eating 1/3 chocolate bar, 3 bananas, beef, multiple tablespoons of butter and coconut oil.
I should've eaten a complete meal. But I couldn't. So I had to just eat everything I could find

I'mm gonna go a week without plastic. This means no greek yogurt, honey or butter. It's all packed in plastic. Coconut oil is in a glass jar so that's ok. No cheese unless I can get it fresh from a farm so it's not prepackaged. And I have to get my meat from the butcher in a paper bag.
I do this because I read an article about somebody who couldn't do it for a week so I want to beat him

Stalled again on the squat. 67.5 kg. According to rippetoe your second stall should be around the time when you're basically done with the program. I just started 3 monts. Wtf am I doing wrong?
