    The quantities I'm talking about are entire pints (430g) about once a month. To some that's a normal serving to me it's quite a lot. I think I'll eat it somewhere this week after lifting. Also I will continue looking for a better ice cream

    Once a month is nothing. That's like not eating it. I get through about 1-2 pots in the days after lifting, but my metabolism will probably be 1/4 of the speed of yours.

    BUT yours doesn't have hfcs, anyway I love how relaxed it makes me feel when people like you say they eat stuff like that and are not unhealthy-obese etc (or are you?) do you hate small portions as well? I would never be able to enjoy 'a scoop of ice cream" or "a piece of cake" I either want a lot or just nothing.

    Btw, I googled around and most sources say glucose syrup isn't the same as hfcs, I also found that glucose syrup is mostly made from potato or white rice instead of corn. This could be false of course

    good ice cream is fine, and there's a lot out there.

    body builders have been using it for years. if my husband didn't have to avoid it for gut colonization issues (or recolonization issues), he would have it after his workouts.

    serously, no worries.

    and my husband is under 10% body fat currently. so, no, he's not overweight.

    I live in holland, there is ben & jerrys and haagen dazs here. But not the cleanest flavors. As you may have read, the cleanest around here is 100% clean except for "glucose syrup". No idea what that is. It's from haagen dazs

    Just finished my fasted workout. Didn't affect the workout in either a good or bad way. I'm gonna have a big post-workout meal now

    Pullups
    Run 12 minutes
    Oh and I'm about to do four 100m sprints

    Ate: 5000 cals or so.
    And I love my mom, she gave me 10 lbs bacon and Vibrams for my birthday
