    Watch this. Right now.

Movement is an integral component of the Primal lifestyle, so please, don't neglect it!

Never, Ever Give Up. Arthur's Inspirational Transformation! - YouTube

This guy is doing yoga as put forth by Diamond Dallas Page, yeah, the wrestler! I actually saw him commenting on a panel for an MMA program and he mentioned he mostly just does yoga nowadays, and that it helped him regain his health from all the years of wrestling. I checked out his page briefly, and it seems like he is pretty into slow movement (super slow push-ups, for instance) but enough words, that video is very inspirational. The guy just seems so likeable too, you know?

Note: I've no idea what type of nutrition, if any, is advertised by DDP. Personally, I don't think it's all that important.

Me too. I have a friend that has been in a wheelchair since Desert Storm and I would love to see him run again one day. I forwarded this on to him. Thanks for the link dude.

I can't believe he lost all that weight simply by doing yoga, he must have changed his diet as well.

I wonder why anyone one would believe any kind of CW after seeing that video. That is REAL bravery in our modern age. Inspirational and very humbling.
