This guy is doing yoga as put forth by Diamond Dallas Page, yeah, the wrestler! I actually saw him commenting on a panel for an MMA program and he mentioned he mostly just does yoga nowadays, and that it helped him regain his health from all the years of wrestling. I checked out his page briefly, and it seems like he is pretty into slow movement (super slow push-ups, for instance) but enough words, that video is very inspirational. The guy just seems so likeable too, you know?

Note: I've no idea what type of nutrition, if any, is advertised by DDP. Personally, I don't think it's all that important.
