This is not a question, but something I noticed that is positive. I posted in nutrition because I can't chalk it up to anything else since the only thing I have changed to date is my diet.
For quite a number of years I have had dry lips. My lips always felt dry. Sometimes so annoyingly dry that I would drink water all day long, for a week, thinking I was somehow dehydrated - and experience no change at all.
Three months in and I have noticed that my lips are no longer dry feeling at all. Just sayin'! They feel awesome! I am going to suggest that it is the fat.
