    I honestly can't tell what you're trying to say here. Is it sarcasm? Typos?

    you'd consider not working out in -15C weather?
    I take as meaning, "you should work out in that weather, s'all good."

    But then...

    If it stays in the 20-30F range for long around here, I get all crazy and threaten to move to Florida or south Alabama.
    Meaning, "I wouldn't work out in that weather, you're crazy"

    That's just the truth. Sorry for the confusion...the whole purpose was to say "dang that's freaking cold, how do you stand that? I would move farther south because I'm a wuss".
