Thoughts on this brand of musard for daily use. Annies Organic Honey

    Primal Fuel
    here are the ingredients:

INGREDIENTS: *MUSTARD (*APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, WATER, *MUSTARD SEED, SALT), *CANE SUGAR, *HONEY, *CINNAMON. *ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

    here is the nutrition breakdown:

    1 tsp(6g)
    cals: 10
    sodium: 45
    carbs: 2
    sugars: 2

no fat or protein obviously. so a few serving of this everyday wouldn't be too bad right? certainly the amount of sugar in this is akin to the amount most here use in their coffee each day and thus would not contribute to any weight gain or lose/stall issues. I think.

nothing unpronounceable, so you have that going for you. personally, i don't like the flavor of honey mustard, or sweet mustards. i like tough, deli mustards, or even the kind with horseradish.

i don't think there's ever too good a reason to add cane sugar to mustard, even if you're going for a honey mustard flavor. but you could do a helluva lot worse than what's listed here.
"dean ornish and dr. davis think the palmitic acid our bodies use for fuel while we sleep is poison if we eat it. zero-carbers like charles washington think the oldest fuel in our evolutionary history – glucose - used by organisms a billion years ago and without which the brains of modern mammals cannot survive for more than a few minutes – is an unnatural toxin if you eat it. both views ignore basic facts of medical physiology and defy evolutionary history." - kurt harris
