    ~ Metric's PB Journal ~

    Gender: Female
    Age: 30
    Height: 5'7"
    Current Weight: 208 lbs
    Goal Weight: Aiming for around 150 lbs for now....

    Game Plan:
    • Follow BP principles at 80% (minimum). Choosing high-quality protein, fats and unprocessed carbs.

    • 3 Strength and 3 Cardio workouts per week.

    • Log foods and exercise on my PB Journal.

    • Use 14/10 or 16/8 IF on a (mostly) daily basis. Will be specified in my journal.


    Maximum Calories: 1750 Calories
    (Updated Macronutrients on 6 May 12, more protein, less carbs)
    • 60g Carbohydrates

    • 120g Protein

    • 114g Fats


    Starting Measurements:
    Bust: 42 in
    Waist: 36.5 in
    Stomach (navel): 43 in
    Hips: 47 in
    Thigh: 29 in
