    Thank you very much! Welcome to MDA! Primal Living is meant to be stress free, so try not to stress out about it. Just keep eating primal and watch what you eat. Make yourself a food log so that you can go back to it afterwards if no progress occurs. I find it super helpful!!

    Exercise:
    1330 hrs: 30 minute slow walk with my dog
    1730 hrs: 45 minute walk to work for overnight shift (4.3 kms)

    Meal #1: 1630 hrs
    Pork belly, sweet potato with a bit of bacon fat mixed in, topped with organic full-fat sour cream. Forgot to upload picture.... will do tomorrow. Iced coffee with 18% cream.

    Pork belly and 15 cherries. Coffee with 10% organic cream.

    0700 hrs: 45 minute walk home after overnight shift (4.3 kms)
    1730 hrs: 45 minute walk to work for overnight shift (4.3 kms)

    Meal #1: 1300 hrs
    1/4 organic cucumber, 4 strips pasture bacon, 4 pasture eggs covered with my homemade bolognese sauce.

    Rotisserie chicken breast and leg, both with skin.

    Ugh

    I've been very bad this past weekend. Chips, excess wine, bread. I definitely feel it today. All bloated and sh*t. I deserve it!

    Sleep:
    4 hrs, restless

    Exercise:
    0545 hrs: 45 minute walk to work (4.3km)
    1900 hrs: 45 minute walk home from work (4.3kms)

    During IF:
    0550 hrs: Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee with 18% cream (YUM!)
    1030 hrs: Coffee with 10% organic cream.
    1530 hrs: Coffee with 10% organic cream.

    Meal #1: 1800 hrs
    Pork and jalapeno sausage with 1/2 raw organic purple Holland bell pepper.

    Meal #2: 2100 hrs
    Pork leg roast with mushrooms fried in bacon fat with 1/2 organic cucumber from my grandfathers garden.

    Pork leg fried served with organic carrots fried in bacon fat. Served with water and a glass of red wine.

    1745 hrs: 45 minute walk to work for overnight shift (4.3kms) carrying approx 10 extra pounds.
    0700 hrs: 45 minute walk home after overnight shift (4.3 kms)

    Meal #1: 1530 hrs
    Three organic local pasture eggs, 4 slices of pasture raised double smoked bacon, with a lacto-fermented pickle. (will upload picture tomorrow)

    Meal #1.5: 1745 hrs
    Iced Blue Mountain Coffee with 18% cream.

    Meal #2: 1850 hrs
    Pork Belly.
