- Follow BP principles at 80% (minimum). Choosing high-quality protein, fats and unprocessed carbs.
- 3 Strength and 3 Cardio workouts per week.
- Log foods and exercise on my PB Journal.
- Use 14/10 or 16/8 IF on a (mostly) daily basis. Will be specified in my journal.
