Hi everyone;
I had some labs drawn last week. I didn't realize I was supposed to be fasting and accidentally had a very large, carb filled meal about 1 - 1.5 hours before they drew the blood. If I remember correctly I had a meal of chicken, cauliflower, and plantains with honey and dried fruit.
My blood sugar was flagged as "high" as it came in at 110. The normal range was set for a fasting person, so I'm not worried.
I'm just wondering if 110 is "good" or not after a meal like that? Can I tell anything about my glucose tolerance from that?
Thanks!!
