As i was browsing lifehacker the other day I stumbled across this cool article:

I was thinking it would be awesome to have something like this to track our primal\paleo nutrition and exercise progress.

Are there any google docs gurus on the board up to the challenge of creating one specific to the primal blueprint?

On a side note I downloaded the MDA IOs app from the Itunes store but everytime I launch it, it crashes. Anyone else having this problem?
