Thinking about whey today.... reading some nutritional information on the benefits of whey - loving the sound of the primal fuel but have a question: how important is it to have bioactive non-denatured whey protein? I am new to whey and just want to make sure I get the best...reading that this is the optimal kind. Any thoughts? Much appreciated....HYD PS. I was on the Dr Hyman Ultrametabolism program for 2+ years and now moving into the primal world.... pretty much comes down to gluten free grains and beans to give up, which my body has naturally over time needed less and less and less, so its not any issue.....fired up! Primal fuel sounds so good!!
