Saturated Fat/Coconut Oil/Bacon Grease
Ok, I'm new to actually implementing the Primal "diet," but have been reading about it for about 6 months. My question is this (and I'm sorry if this has been answered before):
How much coconut oil and/or bacon grease is too much?
I've been just loading up on it when I'm cooking meals, probably 1-2 tablespoons between the two per meal cooked. I know that I'm not supposed to be afraid of saturated fats, and I'm not, but I just don't know if there's a limit to abide by.
Just wondering if I'm going a bit overboard!
no limit unless you're getting fatter. it doesn't hit a toxicity point, though.
