My plan is to make daily posts of what I've eaten and the work outs I've done to keep me honest and to be open for suggestions from others.
Day 1. Wt: 185.4 lb; breakfast: 8 oz Primal Fuel shake, three strips of bacon; snack: 5-7 dried cherries; lunch: 1.5 grilled chicken breast, one medium avacado, steamed broccoli; snack: handful of mixed nuts (cashews, macadamia, almonds); dinner: ?
