This isn't surgery. Your fat won't be gone overnight. Doing Crossfit, you might just be adding muscle mass as well.
The scale isn't telling you anything useful. Start taking measurements once a week and ditch the scale.
Hi All-
I had a great first week dropping 5.8. I have 28 lbs to lose. I'm doing my crossfit, 1 day of sprints and cardio but scale not really budging on week 2. Have other people been experiencing that as well?

And that's exactly what I'll do! Thanks! :-)

Thechangeineed - the same thing happened to me on week 2. You're wise to listen to Joefreaksho. I still weigh but I'm trying to wean myself off it...measuring is where it's at!Best of luck to you!!

Ditch the scale full stop. It's a pointless, inaccurate gauge of progress for most people.
